A number of handwritten notes are included, which relate to potential and existing projects, Favro's thoughts on different topics, and drafts of correspondence. Also included is a 1971 letter to Favro from Dennis Young at the AGO, a map of the Paris Metro system, and a 1970 catalogue for the 2020 Gallery.

File consists of 1 undated duotang notebook of papers with Favro's notes. Among the topics written about and sketched are recording devices, machines, farm machinery, salesmen, and a description of a show and associated expenses for the Carmen Lamanna Gallery involving projections.

Undated exercise book

File consists of 1 undated exercise book containing mainly sketches of undefined shapes, as well as some short biographical notes about Favro's education, present activities, and achievements.

Undated spiral notebook

File consists of 1 undated spiral notebook containing Favro's notes and a few sketches of animals towards the back of the notebook. Many of the pages have scribbles over the writings, possibly done by Favro's son, Mark. Not all of the writings have headlines, but those that do include, "Criticism of Science," "Against Fashion," and "No Critics Allowed." Also included is a draft of a letter for Carmen Lamanna regarding changes to a contact.

Notes and Diagrams for Universal Projector

File consists of approximately 64 pages of largely undated textual materials, mainly relating to a "Universal Projector" project. Circuit diagrams and handwritten notes make up the majority of the materials, as well as some photocopied pages containing instructions to build an "8080 microcomputer." Also included are some notes and sketches relating to a spiral windmill project, an ultrasonic lift, an ornithopter, a hang glider, an Aeolian harp, a tilt windmill, and a photography experiment.
