Collection consists of correspondence between Avis Lang Rosenberg and Jack Chambers over a three-year period, slides created for the proposed book, transcriptions of taped interviews, contents of a notebook, poetry and prose written by Chambers, research notes, Lang’s writings on Chambers, exhibition catalogues and a private press publication containing illustrations by Chambers. Much of the material is present in photocopied form. File titles were assigned by Avis Lang, except where square brackets are used. The collection is arranged in a single series.

Fonds consists of corporate records of Gallery Moos, including files on artists and associated dealers and galleries, art fair participation and travel, business correspondence, publishing and administrative records and the records of David Moos and gallery director Gerard Jennings. Fonds also contains the gallery’s published material, including exhibition invitations and catalogues, posters, and limited edition publications. Two films on gallery artist Gershon Iskowitz are also included.
The accrual of 2004 consists of Series 8 and Series 9, listed below. In 2012 the accrual of material from Gallery Moos augmented Series 1–6, 8 and 9, and added Series 10–14.

The fonds includes correspondence, newspaper and magazine clippings, photographs, drawings, poems, notes and memorabilia relating to Helen Sanderson’s student days at the Ontario College of Art and subsequent teaching career. Many of these were pasted into a scrapbook, entitled ‘Art School Days’, forming a distinctive memoir of student life in the 1920’s and 1930’s. The fonds is arranged in a single series.

The collection consists of research material gathered by Judith Rodger in the course of her work on the catalogue for the Art Gallery of Ontario exhibition Greg Curnoe: Life and Stuff. Collection includes audio recordings of Curnoe, published articles, photographs, ephemera, and eulogies for Curnoe. Sources for individual items include Jack Behrens, Glen Curnoe, Tony McAulay, and Brenda Wallace.

The fonds consists of poetry and prose writings by Williamson; exhibition notices, press clippings and magazine articles concerning Williamson’s career; sketches and drawings related to sculpture projects; a Canada Council grant application made for an exhibition of Williamson’s work; and photographs of Williamson, her cabin, and her sculptures. Collection consists of a series of recorded interviews gathered or commissioned by Ann Davis in the course of her research for her biographical work Somewhere Waiting: The Life and Art of Christiane Pflug. Several interviews were conducted by Ann Davis’ assistant, Elizabeth Schwaiger, who is a professional translator. The subjects of the interviews are people with whom Christiane had contact with throughout her life. For the most part, the interviews focus on the interviewees’ relationship to Christiane and/or her family. The collection also contains older recordings with the voice of Christiane herself. Collection consists of David Milne Project administrative records created chiefly in the 1980s and 1990s in the Project office at Massey College in the University of Toronto for the purpose of producing a catalogue raisonné of the paintings of Canadian artist David Brown Milne (1882-1953). Collection also includes photocopied materials assembled for researching the artist’s life and works for a biography of Milne (1996) by David Silcox and the catalogue raisonné (1998) by his son David Milne Jr and David Silcox. The activity of the Milne Project ceased after the publication of the catalogue raisonné in 1998.
Milne Project administrative records (series 1 and series 21-40) document the steps taken in developing the catalogue raisonné. They begin in the late 1970s and include research forms created to organize and record data on Milne’s paintings for the two-volume work, files of correspondence, fundraising, financial, editorial/production, book launch, and marketing/publicity materials, some on computer disks; and records of Milne researcher Blodwen Davies.
Research material (series 2 to series 20) consists of photocopies made chiefly in the 1980s of primary sources such as David Brown Milne’s correspondence, essays, diary, autobiography and similar records from Library and Archives Canada, Milne Family records and other sources, and includes photocopied lists of paintings, records of the Picture Loan Society in Toronto and other art dealers and institutions relating to the sale and exhibition of Milne paintings; photocopied clippings from newspapers and magazines; and transcripts of recollections and interviews provided by David Brown Milne’s relatives and contemporaries.

The fonds consists of personal and professional correspondence, exhibition and projects files, exhibition catalogues, newspaper articles and reviews of Tim Zuck’s work, multimedia records including art related photographs, films, audio cassette tapes, conceptual art projects, exhibition notices, financial records, and publications.

Collection consists of documentation of Greg Curnoe’s life and career as an artist, collected by Nellie Curnoe throughout her son’s life and after his death. The fonds includes Greg Curnoe’s childhood drawings, notes, annotated books and school records; documentation of his artistic activities, including press clippings and exhibition invitations; postcards from Greg Curnoe and his family to his parents; and sympathy cards to Nellie and Gordon Curnoe following Greg Curnoe’s death.
