Series contains the meeting minutes of the Women’s Committee (later the Volunteer Committee). Each volume contains the minutes of general, executive, officers and annual meetings along with committee reports for the date range noted in the file title.

Volumes begin with an attendance list for meetings contained within up until June 1971 - May 1972, after which they begin with a Table of Contents [which are not always accurate]. Minutes are arranged in chronological order until May 1978 – May 1979, after which minutes are grouped into “Executive Meetings” and “General Meetings.”
