Walter Moos is listed as the sole shareholder. Records include articles of incorporation, proofs, drafts and correspondence regarding the publishing of books and ISBN information. Moos Publishing Limited produced two major books on artists: Ken Danby : the new decade / Paul Duval (Toronto : Stoddart, 1984) and Gershon Iskowitz : painter of light / Adele Freedman (Toronto : Merritt, 1982.) .
