File contains materials related to the Experience '74 Program, which was a program that involved taking the Gallery's collection of works of art and display them in various sites in metropolitan Toronto. These sites were located in Hazelton (Yorkville area), Pickering Shopping Centre, Yorkdale, the Canadian National Exhibition, and others. The purpose of the program was to employ 10 students to meet the public and engage with the works of art while doing so. Materials in file include a booklet, application information sheets filled out by the AGO while reviewing applications, correspondence, a program overview, a report to Management Committee discussing experience-based summer programs, a list of students, and staff memoranda.
