The majority of the photographs in this series were originally stored loose in banker’s boxes among paper records and other material. These photos have been grouped together and filed with similar photos to the archivist's determination. The original order of photographs that were housed in envelopes has been maintained, and these files are identified at the file level.
Some photos were grouped together in envelopes. For conservation reasons, the prints were removed from the envelopes during processing and placed into sleeves.
