Individual files contain some or all of these; the presence of photographs, slides, negatives, contact sheets or video tapes is noted. The guest books span multiple shows and are grouped in the final file. The files are arranged roughly chronologically with files for each year containing materials from smaller exhibitions and separate files for larger exhibitions. Within the files the materials are arranged chronologically where possible with exceptions noted.
