Subseries consists of records related to adult art classes at the Gallery School, including correspondence, proposals for projects and classes, invoices, news releases, and application forms from students.

In 1933, the AGT received a grant from the Carnegie Foundation for ten thousand dollars for educational work. This allowed for the foundation of the “Children’s Art Centre” at No. 4 Grange Rd., which lasted from 1933 to 1947. In 1947, programs were discontinued, except for those for members’ children. In 1963, classes for gifted adolescents were organized, and in 1967, classes for children and adolescents were held at the OCA (now known as OCAD). In 1977, a grant from the Outreach Ontario program from the Ministry of Culture and Recreation also led to the establishment of a summer scholarship course for teenagers.

Subseries contains materials related to children’s art classes held at the Gallery School and related programming, such as visits to other art-related galleries and institutions for Gallery School students and exhibitions of children’s artwork. Typical files include correspondence (often from educators, parents and guardians, as well as carbon-copies of correspondence from Arthur Lismer (Educational Supervisor), lists of students, attendance sheets, and course descriptions and programmes.

Series includes minutes from meetings of the Curatorial Committees.

Subseries contains records relating to the organization of travelling exhibitions and related statistics. It includes shipping arrangements, booking lists, circulating exhibitions lists, and correspondence.

Subseries contains proposed exhibitions and documents related to exhibitions circulated by the AIO. It includes condition reports, booking lists, travelling itineraries, layout considerations, catalogues, publicity, statistics, lists of participating artists and artworks, drafts, preparatory documents, and related correspondence.

Series contains the original feasibility study for the Grange, specifications for the restoration, contracts and correspondence with architects Peter J. Stokes and Isobel Stewart, progress reports, minutes and project reports from the Grange Restoration Subcommittee, work orders, inspection reports, architectural drawings and specifications, and correspondence between Margaret Machell and Boulton descendants related to furnishings of the house.

The series comprises of documents related to financial aspects of the restoration of the Grange including estimates, contracts, invoices, and budgets.

Series contains Grange Fund Financial Statements, correspondence with donors to the Grange Fund, and an acknowledgement book that contains the names of donors.

Series contains the working files of furnishing consultant Jeanne Minhinnick, including correspondence, research, reports to the Women's Committee and the Grange Restoration Committee, reference photographs of furnishings, ink drawings of desired furnishings for the Grange by Jean’s husband William Minhinnick, and a volume of historic fabric samples.
